a person is awarded job due to her cv competence

Make Your CV Acceptable by Improving these Easy Points

Today the topic of writing “How to Prepare The Best CV for Students?” is very critical and needs to be discussed for students. Here Students will find the reasons Why they are not getting jobs and other opportunities. So, don’t skip reading and be with Us.

Most of the young boys and girls are searching for jobs. And are straying from here and there Holding CVs in their hands.

Why they are doing so?

Why they are unable to get a job?

What is the basic problem in them?

I’d say we are on the wrong track if we are searching for a job. It is said, “if opportunity does not knock build a door.”

Do u understand what is said in this line?

Obviously not, a common mistake that we make is, we prepare only a single CV. And we get its several copies and then put each of them in different institutions, either vacancy is present or not. This is not a mistake this is a blunder. It’s the biggest mistake that devalues us and downs our image.

The question is what should we do in such conditions?

Get information about where you would like to do a job.

Mostly we put our CV without knowing anything about the requirements and needs of institutions. They may be looking for several employees but they reject you just due to your CV. Because it hasn’t anything of the interest of company/institution.

So, first of all, you should have very good knowledge about the requirements of the company. Because by knowing their need you will be able to prepare a well-designed CV document for the company. And a good CV may take you to the Interview table and then lead you towards a good job.

A few days ago a  famous college “superior college” announced some jobs for the teachers. Now a group of many young people  Sent their CVs without knowing the needs of the institution and then what happened they called only eight out of four hundred candidates. When did I ask the principal what is the reason that you rejected almost all candidates?  He replied, “why I’ll give an opportunity to that person who doesn’t know anything about our standard?” A person who doesn’t know what we are looking for?

Remake Your CV Now:

So I’d suggest first of all prepare a document according to the needs of the company. Let a company wants a person with excellent communication skills for marketing. And you submit the CV that you might have prepared for Lecturer in chemistry, will they appoint you?

Absolutely not. Because they need a person with polished personality and a person who may become the face of their company, who may represent them in a very good manner. So, a person who may become the face of their company and if face will not be clearly obvious or good how people will be attracted?

So, always keep in mind  CV for students should be a well-researched document which should contain all the information about your abilities according to the needs of the company. But not only a page that has educational information. If you are preparing a CV for students you should confidently write every point, never mention a skill that you don’t have. Never use famous sentences to impress the director but use words according to the psychology of the owner or director.

Some common mistakes that we make in Our CV’s!

I Just rejected almost 40+ Candidates for being my Personal Assistant & Administrative Executive. I’m shocked what we’ll learn from our “expensive degree of many lacs” and 16 years of Education if we don’t even learn to respond to an Interview Call Professionally?

Reasons of Rejection ❌

1- Asking for salary packages on an initial call to Interview ❌

2- Candidates walking in without CV claiming that we thought you already have one ❌

3- One with the CV has such a piece of trash with critical mistakes in years of Education or contact. ❌

4- Almost all the CVs are designed with premade templates and Demo content that they can’t even try to edit according to their own Professional Skills (Some CVs even have a blood group portion that doesn’t even match with the candidate’s blood group) ❌

5- Confidently presenting their high salary expectations and upon a question How they’ll meet our (Company’s) expectations they have no legit answers ❌

6- Most Candidates know nothing about the company/Institute they’ve applied for a major position ❌

Here I’m not talking about the freshers all candidates have 16 years of Education from well-known universities and 2 years of job experience.

Please ask yourself before Sending a CV

giving CV
  • Why you’re jobless?
  • Why you didn’t get your perfect job?
  • Have you actually learn about pitching yourself professionally during a job interview?
  • How much effort do you put to make an eyecatcher CV?
  • Before asking for salary packages on an initial phone call or after a dumb Interview, ask yourself if you’re worth it?

No one is going to hire you to pay for NOTHING……
